Email Design
Colors: multiple colors make the email look fishy to SPAM filters
Fonts: multiple fonts make the email look fishy to SPAM filters

Email Code
Spammers are notorious for poor coding. Thus one of the first (and easiest) things SPAM filters look for is poorly coded HTML.
- Close all tags all the time
- Do NOT capitalize tags
- Use <strong> and <em> in place of <b> and <i>
- Follow XHTML standards when and where possible
Email Deliverability
Mortgage, real estate, money and any figure that has a $ in front of it are major SPAM triggers. They are a legit part of our business — use them carefully.
Basic spam words- Free (FREE!)
- Click here! (click here now!, act now! Etc...)
- Mortgage
- Millions
- Real estate
